We invite Amazon to join with us in the creative design of the HQ2 campus. We believe the control Northwood singularly has over approximately 500 acres in a highly successful, established corporate environment is extraordinary and hopefully appealing to Amazon.
We engaged Sasaki, a firm with an outstanding reputation internationally for its planning and design expertise, to assist in a creative exercise to offer some inspiring site designs to stimulate the imagination as to how Amazon’s HQ2 can meet all of its goals in Ballantyne.
Initial Requirement – HQ Option A
Property Overview

- Because Northwood controls 4 million sf of Class A office space with over 1.5 million within walking distance of Option A we can satisfy the initial 500,000 SF requirement through a combination of new product and existing product.
